I will explain you the most important expressions, because I will probably use them sometimes and it might be very confusing for non-rotary-exchange students)

OUTBOUND: An exchange student who is preparing for the exchange year 

INBOUND: An exchange student who is doing the exchange at the moment
REBOUND: An exchange student who has already finished the exchange year

ROTEX(ER): An organisation of rebounds
